Description
The main activity in this class is producing the yearbook. To do so, students will learn a little about writing, a lot about photography, and a lot about design. Students will also run Knight Life, a yearbook website/blog full of stories, pictures, and videos of events and interests in and around school. Students who wish to participate in Yearbook must fill out an application and be approved by the teacher. |

Page Design
Yearbook students are responsible for every single page in the yearbook. Every term, students will either design and submit their assigned pages or design a practice page. This assignment cannot be turned in late. If it's late, it's a zero, and the page will be hastily designed by the teacher to avoid a penalty from the printing company. |
Events
Yearbook students must attend two school events per term. They will sign up for these events at the beginning of the term. They can write a story, take pictures, or take video at the event, and the result will be posted on the Knight Life blog, and used in the print and/or video yearbook. |
Knight Life Blog
Photos and video taken at events will be turned into highlight videos and posted on the Knight Life blog as well as streamed at KJH during lunch time. |
