Exploring Tech 1 – Graphic Design (grades 7-8) Intro to Communications Tech – Graphic Design (grade 9) Description
Graphic Design students will learn the tools that professional graphic designers use: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. They also learn web design, home design, motion graphics, and digital photography—handy skills for a graphic designer. Assignments and projects are carefully created to maximize practical learning in a fun context. Students will get to experience graphic production by making posters, t-shirts, stickers, and more. |

Fee/Supplies
There is a $10 fee for this class. The fee covers materials for stickers, t-shirts, and posters, as well as upkeep and upgrades for hardware and software. No extra supplies are needed, as long as students have something to write with, something to write on, and somewhere to store things. |
